2. (Required) Upload an image.
3. (Required) Tell us the Birthstone Month.
4. (Optional – no extra charge) If you would like to have some text inscribed on the back of your pendant, for example, a persons name and/or date of birth, please tell us in the "Text to Inscribe" box above.
